I really think this bill is very outrageous. I had 2 pure bred pits that I raised from puppies with my children. They never showed any aggression to anyone except if they thought that my kids were in trouble but all I had to do was tell them no. I never hit them or mistreated them. I actually treated them like they were one of my kids that’s what i thought of them so it goes to show that it’s not the breed that’s the problem it’s how they’re treated by the owners. It’s basically like raising a child. Show a child alot of love and patience and he will be successful. Neglect him and he’ll turn out to be a criminal. An animal is no different. I started an online petition at: http://www.petitiononline.com/Sb79/VERnYHufKXmA.cgi if anyone wants to sign. Anyone who is afraid of the breed for the reputation that the media has given them should check out the website: http://www.pbrc.net/ it’s a pitbull rescue center that has alot of wonderful information on these sweet dogs.
